YW Temple Trip

Last Tuesday we had the opportunity to take the YW to the Ogden temple for baptisms. Then afterwards we were invited to go get ice cream with Bishop No Bawlin and Bro. Olsen. Bishop No Bawlin was gonna buy. You know what we did? We took a raincheck and went and got 'real' food. We ended up at Melina's in Ogden. Since we just got back from the temple we wouldn't let the kids 'lie' and say it was someones birthday. Instead, Alyssa asked the server if we can 'pretend' that it is someones birthday. She said no problem. So not only did we get a wonderful dinner, (Jolene and I scarfed down our salsa and started on the girls'. They should have eaten theirs faster.) we DID get a fried ice cream and a spoon for all of us for Alyssa's 'birthday'. Deeelicious.
