Ok, maybe it wasn't me but it was Doran. He didn't want me to post this because he didn't want it to look like he was boasting. Well, he doesn't read this much and he doesn't know how to post so..........
They have been working on a project out to work and guess what happened.....he came home with this a couple of days ago.

This award is in recognition of Doran's attention to detail and thinking through all the possibilities and outcome for the process to be used for repairing the insulation on ALV on the launch pad at Wallops. Discussions were held with manufacturing and they described how the vacuum bag was to be applied for repairs. Doran kept thinking of the process at home and woke up in the middle of the night going over the process in his mind and realized a significant risk to the mission. If the vacuum bag was not installed properly it would result in a bond to the test stand. He brought this concern to his management and all members of IPT for ALV program were engaged to discuss this scenario and a process to vacuum bag the part was developed.
If you understood that, you are better than me. Doran gave me a LONG explanation (which most of it went over my head). Either way, I was way proud of him. And to top it off.....he received $150. So all I can say is.........KEEP ON DREAMIN' Honey!!

What a great guy. I would say if he's dreamin about work he definitely does pay attention to detail.
